"We enjoyed the history of the hotel itself as well as the history surrounding it and the areas to walk and enjoy just directly on the hotel property. lagoon, nature habitat, small stores on the main floor, open air lobby, etc."

"Me quede este año y el año pasado y me gusta mucho este hotel. El check in y el check out súper fácil y rápido. El area donde se encuentra el hotel es súper accesible porque te puedes ir a caminar en San Juan y encuentras de todo. Tiendas para hacer shopping, lugares para comer y por la noche hay muchos lugares para pasarla bien. Lo único que pueden mejorar es en área de la piscina deberían poner música para ambientar y una barra para que la gente no tenga que bajar a comprar lo que desee. Este año mejoraron con el housekeeping porque al año pasado fallaron mas de 3 veces y este año solo no me limpiaron 1 vez y rápido que llame me trajeron las toallas que necesitaba y luego fueron y me limpiaron el cuarto. Recomiendo Hotel Rumbao!!! "
