The Condado Plaza Hotel

"The fridge, coffee maker and closet are in the bathroom with the toilet & shower…not exactly convenient if you’re not alone. The bathroom door has gaps so very little privacy. The room lock malfunctions so you need the room key to lock the door. There’s only 1 elevator working. The partial ocean view is 10% - the roof and buildings are the remaining 90%! There’s no restaurant in the hotel so the “breakfast” pictured is for the hotel across the street. The only thing this hotel has is a muffin and coffee bar. The big 5-Star is their staff! They’re friendly and so accommodating! They’re thorough with cleaning, service and extremely knowledgeable about the area."

"We had a nice stay for an overnight before our cruise. It is the perfect location for some great local good and sight seeing. We enjoyed a good breakfast before we left for the ship. They held our luggage for some more sight seeing. "

"Omg!! The stay was amazing!! My husband was able to get an upgrade to the penthouse and the views were spectacular!! Not only that but our room was clean and refreshing. The staff was kind as well and helpful from our drinks to asking what was their local favorite restaurant and sights. The pool was great, spacious and had a swim up bar. Definitely recommend this place to everyone!"
