"The hotel was an excellent choice — conveniently located and close to everything we wanted to see and do. The casino, however, didn’t quite live up to the same standard. The food was generally good, though a bit inconsistent. The chicken wings, especially the “chicken singa,” seemed to change size daily — one day they were juicy and meaty, and the next they were small and dry. We also had a disappointing experience when trying to get a player’s card at the casino; the manager simply ignored us, which was frustrating. Despite those minor issues, I still absolutely love the Dominican Republic and this hotel. I’d definitely come back and would recommend it to others."

"The hotel resort is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. The boat ride to the private Flamingo beach is fabulous! Walking distance to the downtown core and highly recommend this hotel. "
