ROOM 6408, One Oasis Davao Condo

Many things need attention in this unit. The other units my friends had in the same complex were MUCH better. They also all had washing machines, and usable kitchen appliances and cookware. They also had sofas and a table. The fold up sofa/bed is unsuitable to sit on as you will just keep sliding off and because it is so low, it's hard to get up off the floor every time you slide off. The stove had only one burner working and it took like 15 minutes to get hot. The frying pan is so old and warped it can barely be used. The rice pot non-stick (PTF) lining is completely scrapped off on the bottom making it unsafe to use. There is no towel bar to hang a towel in the bathroom and the exhaust fan barely works so the bathroom stays wet constantly. It could also use blackout curtains in the bedroom area. If the owner would invest a few $100 USD into this unit, It would make a HUGE DIFFERENCE.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft der Pool ist sauber und gross. Mann muss schauen das man alle Zugangsdaten hat, wie Hausnummer - Zimmernumer und Bestätigung. Für die eingangskontrolle.

매우 만족스러운 숙소. 편리한 구조, 필요한 물품들이 잘 갖추어져 있고 깨끗했어요. 4일동안 맨발로 지내도 발바닥이 더러워지지 않았어요. SM시티몰을 마치 동네 편의점처럼 가깝게 이용할수 있어서 편리했어요. Owner 와 Guards, 직원들 뿐만 아니라 근처의 편의점, 카페, 세탁소 사람들도 모두 친절해서 기분 좋았어요. 콘도미니엄 안에 있는 수영장도 관리가 잘 되고 있어요. 조용하고 편리하며 방해받고싶지 않은 숙소를 원한다면 이곳을 추천합니다.
