Contactless key cover for room door was found on the floor and repaired immediately. Super convenient hotel located above MTR station and MOKO mall. Gym, sauna (dry and steam), swimming pool, and hot tub makes the Royal Plaza a highly recommended stay in the future for family and friends. No laundry on premise, but Sunshine Laundry Service is affordable and nearby."

General Best Western are about three to three and half stars in the U.S. But this Best Western is more like a Four to four and half star hotel and the price was exceedingly well price and best value for your money. I will stay here again next time I’m in Hong Kong!"

"I appreciated the early check-in and being given a lovely room with Harbour views. The staff was excellent. Queenie, the receptionist was wonderful and so was the house cleaning staff. The location was very convenient with a lovely walk along the promenade to some of the main attractions. The pool was very nice, but unfortunately, it was always crowded with lots of kids."
