"This was our first time in Hong Kong, and we stumbled across The Hopewell Hotel, and were very pleasantly surprised. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The room was huge, spotless and quiet, with a lovely bathroom, and some nice touches. We tend to stick to what we know (main hotel brands) when travelling, so we're a bit unsure what the Hopewell would be like, but it was absolutely brilliant in all areas. There is a lot of food and drink options just over the road as well - excellent - we would love to stay again."

"The room was clean, modern,spacious with great pillows however, the mattresses were REALLY firm. I saw a couple of other reviews about this and they were right! I like a firm mattress but this was a bit too much. The staff were friendly. Mirage and Matsubishi restaurants - staff are okay personally, could have been more attentive, had to always flag them down for additional wine, food, receipt,etc. Great location - and the view of the harbour was beautiful. Would stay here again for sure. Pool is really nice - with attentive service and handy QR code ordering option. "

"The location was excellent, the room was very clean, and the staff at the front desk were very polite and answered my questions. However, the room next to mine had a family with children, and it was very noisy at midnight. Haha! "
