Location is excellent. Able to connect all kinds of things such as transport and other services. Check-in could be better with more information for the exact check-in location. Otherwise this is a great choice to stay in a budget in a premium area in Causeway Bay.

New experience for me to check-in at machine and without anyone at the hotel, even those no staff around but emergency call on duty while I call. Quiet environment, very convenient no matter wants to take MTR, bus, tram or cab. 2 mins walk to MTR / bus stop, 3 mins walk to tram. Easy to buy food or grocery, restaurant, 7-11, Wellcome Grocery is surrounding. My spouse and I not used to soft bed and pillow, our neck and back feeling pain. Overall is good. Although room is small but what you want are inside, suitable to couple or solo traveler. Not recommend for family.

located to urban area in Wan Chai , to Causeway Bay MTR station only 5 mins , it's only taken 2 mins to the wellcome supermarket ,it's quite convenient. but it's close to the underwater tunnel and near the highway , it's very noisy.

There is no balcony view from the room. The room has 1 small window about 30cm x 30cm only. The view of water is from corridor outside the rooms. Shared 1 Toilet between 5 rooms. Hot water only during specific times of day Automated kiosk to check in, no staff on site. Whatsapp needed to communicate with staff. A little noisy at night time Extra us$28 charged to check in 1.5hrs early.

terrible place. Check in Kiosk was out of order, I wasn’t able to checked in. i had to book a another hotel when i arrived. the hotel is almost impossible to find. i do not recomend this hotel. Be aware!!!

The reception got our rooms wrong on the first try. Check in was difficult as we'd have to call them, install WhatsApp to talk to chat with them, then they gave the wrong room and we had to complain to get a other one. They had rooms on separate floors and we'd have to go to another floor for cups and water. Once inside the room we found out that the patio door was broken and cold wind was leaking into the room. The bed was sinking in the middle and we spent a sleepless night rolling towards the center. Had to get Expedia involved to cancel the rest of the nights we had left and booked a other hotel. It was not well maintained. The internet barely works.

Good for overnight stay only minus comfort

Self check-in, no customer service. They should have made the self check-in system known. No gate code provided. The address said 4B but when I got there, other guests told me to go to 15/F to do check-in. The condition of the hotel was not as I expect it based on the photos posted. Shower area has worn-out flooring, shared toilet which was unexpected. The sliding door to balcony was so difficult to slide open. The previous guest left a used toothbrush by the sink, while they said the room has been disinfected and cleaned. The sheets were fresh but too wrinkled. Overall, this hotel is good for overnight sleeping only, minus any comfortability. The location is excellent though, accessible in the shopping district of Causeway Bay. Hotel should meticulously mention in the ad that this is more of a capsule hotel.

The accommodation was not as advertised. The room appeared to be lived in and was unclean upon arrival. There was mould on the ceiling, stains on the bed sheets, and the bathroom was filthy. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise others not to book this property.

大変に分かりずらい立地。よく口コミを観察して、施設から来るメールなどをよーーーーーーく読み返して行けば行ける。 周辺環境は観光に便利。 ホテル施設としては銅鑼灣でこの価格である以上仕方がないレベル。 同じ時期別の地域で同価格帯で良いところがあったので、銅鑼灣にこだわる必要が無いならオススメはしない。
洗面所の蛇口を捻ると茶色の水が出たので、1リットルサイズの水を別途調達。シャワーも浴びなかった。
個室にはシャワー室はあるが、便器がない。 トイレは共同で廊下に一度出る必要ある

部屋からベランダに出られると思いましたが窓は開きませんでした。共用部分から出られるベランダ部分は椅子が一脚あるのみ、早朝や深夜少し騒音が気になりました。一番困ったのはバスタオルがないこと。小さなフェイスタオル一日３枚のみでしたので追加で必要なら掃除の際に掃除の女性に頼んでもらう必要があります。トイレは共用部分に2箇所あり、キッチンはありません。

Extrêmement compliqué pour trouver, entrer. Impossible de parler à quelqu’un. Toilette bouchée lorsque j’ai finalement entrer. Ne vous laissez pas prendre par les photos. Pour la chambre c’est ok et la douche sent les égouts. Quand l’eau coule on ne sent pas le reste… très bonne pression d’eau. La doudou sentait le bonhomme.

The bed, pillows, comforter are all dirty. There is no toilet bowl in the room. No table, no bottles of water or coffee or tea. The glass door to the balcony is hard to be opened.
