"The location is great. It’s right next to the civic center Muni and BART stop on Market street. It looks like it’s been remodeled fairly recently. The floor of the sky room looked like it needed a quick mop, and the plexiglass over the tv could’ve used a quick wipe. There was also a weird stain on the corner couch. $9 for a canned water is crazy. But otherwise no issues. My room didn’t get cleaned the 4 nights I spent here, not sure if it’s because I didn’t leave my room until after 10am each day."

"Had a wonderful two nights at the Marker. Started off in great style with super welcoming check in and free wine and popcorn. Very stylish hotel. We loved the decor and ambience. We didn't eat in the restaurant but the morning coffee in the library was a treat. All the front desk staff we spoke with were super helpful and friendly. Location was very central and convenient for sightseeing. Highly recommended!"

"This is a hidden gem! We were somewhat leery booking this property because the price was $150 for the night. What we experienced was a great boutique style hotel. The room was smaller but had a large walk in closet, which you don’t see in hotels. This allowed us to put luggage in there and made the room feel bigger. Highly recommend staying here!"
