"The hotel was a clean but unfortunately when I arrived I didn’t know that parking was an extra charge per day. And if you want to self park it’s half a block away. We had to switch room through the night due to the ac going out, other people we’re having a similar problem so it took them a bit to get my room switched."

"They didn't have any breakfast options. There was a restaurant next door but never any people in there. Really need to change that on the listing about offering breakfast. We wanted to change rooms because we had very inappropriate noisy neighbors, that can in for one night just to party. There were clearly open unused room but we were told they were booked and couldn't change room. Our two children couldn't sleep with the noise and gun shots on the streets outside. Rooms outdated. No fridge or microwave. Spiders. Pool needs to be cleaned. It was so gross and cloudy. "

"No AC in the rooms, hallways smelled musty, wall paper was torn off the walls, the 15 a day for amenities was a joke. The breakfast was donuts, when asked about cinnamon free options due to a severe allergy was told nothing had cinnamon in it and almost everything did. Asked for a refrigerator to be brought to the room since we were paying for one and was told they were out. The bar was closed in a Friday which was one reason we wanted this stay. We thought it would be fun to have a drink and play shuffleboard. Over all highly disappointed and will never be back."

"Very convenient location but don't expect much. The coffee machine in the lobby is great but my room had many issues - the iron was broken, closeup mirror in the bath room was broken, under the bathroom sink cabinet was scary dirty! And you get a desk with a TV on it and no lamp so don't expect to get much work done in your room. The bed was comfortable, sheets and linens were clean, overnight lobby security was a nice touch and the location is very convenient. Check in was inordinately long and I had to actually wake up the girl at the desk to checkout (yep - she was asleep at the desk). I would consider this an adequate place to stay just lower your expectations. "

"There were ants entering through the bathroom window, a booger on the ceiling, a large gap underneath the front door to the room (which the maintenance man did attempt to remediate with some limited success, although sunlight remained visible underneath the door), and zero soap in the shampoo and body wash containers in the shower for my first night. The staff were very pleasant and made every effort to remediate the cleanliness issues upon notification, but the room itself was way below par and extremely frustrating."
