Really everything was great from check in to check out really satisfied with my stay would stay here again, if and when I come back, the only drawback if parking but we managed that pretty well with the spaces that were nearby, thank you for the hospitality
It’s got that 1930’s San Francisco charm. Centrally located, so much to do right there. I really liked it, I’ll stay there next time in town absolutely. Just spent 4 nights in SF
Great hotel at a very reasonable price. Very clean room and very centralized amongst the town. Within walking distance to a lot of places like Union Square, Chinatown, Little Italy and if you're brave enough to Fisherman's Dwarf. Great hotel location.
We absolutely loved staying here. The room was a perfect size with everything we needed as a home base after exploring San Francisco. It was a great location. The staff was super helpful in answering all of our questions and providing us with a wonderful stay. Was very clean. We would stay here again.
This hotel is a boutique hotel. It's just a place to stay. Coffee and microwave are in the lobby. But it's clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the beds were comfortable. There really weren't any amenities, no pool, no coffee in your room, no breakfast service. It truly is just a place to sleep and bathe. It's in a very centric part of the city so it was easy to get from place to place with public transportation. Room cost was very reasonable. I would stay there again next time I'm in town.
The hotel was very nice and clean and in a very good location. It’s a minimal, boutique Hotel. So there are no amenities, no restaurant on property, and no parking. But for the price, you can’t find a better hotel in this location.

Cafes and restaurants were close by and friendly staff.
Great staff and clean, well maintained room. Older property with visible paint deterioration and classical thin city walls (I could hear the person next door snoring). Otherwise perfect stay, nice updated bathroom and overall good value for the price.

Liked: Staff & service
The staff is amazing. The room needed a clean. No screens on the windows. There is only 1 elevator so during check out time and with the housekeeping carts, the elevator wasn't worth waiting for. I would stay again because of the location, value and staff, but I would bring some cleaning items with me.
I enjoyed my stay! The staff was kind and pleasant. The rooms were nice and maintained well. Caution: this is an old building as most of SF is, the walls are not thick. It’s is a good area to get quickly from one side of town to the next. The neighborhood is what most of SF is, experiencing homelessness so be cautious in the evening. Great food spots in the area. Over all, we enjoyed our stay!
A cute little place to stay, the AC unit in our room
seemed to not work but the temperature inside was pretty nice. Plus you could open the window slightly.
I will say, the shower kinda gave me the ick it looks a bit old 😅
The elevator was kinda scary too; noticed the last inspection was 2020 idk if that’s like a standard time frame for an inspection.
The staff was really friendly. They also have a complimentary hot beverage machine which was nice
Overall a cute place to stay for the price.
The room was clean, rhere were some fruit flies but thats the nature of windows without screens. Mini fridge in room and microwave in the lobby house was different but not an issue at all! Great recommendations from the front desk, and they were very kind/apologetic/accommodating when house keeping forgot to give us a 2nd towel (we got one right away so it was no worry at all). Overall I felt very safe and comfortable
A good value and very clean. The Neighborhood is a little rough late at night, but there’s lots restaurants and stores nearby. The front desk was happy and cheerful.
I saved a lot of money by staying here and would be pleased to stay once again.
Nice cozy hotel in the heart of SF. Good access to tourist destinations such as the Golden Gate Bridge, Piers, Chinatown, and Union Square. Difficult to find overnight parking though.
It is marketed as a boutique hotel but except for a few trendy pieces of furniture like the bed and refrigerator cabinet, it is Motel 6 in amenities and quality. There was absolutely no place to sit other than the bed. No chairs or desks.
The lobby is comfortable with good coffee machine. The rooms and elevators are older because the building is historical. The bathroom is standard motel sink and tub. The floors are new laminate.
