This hotel is good for solo travelers, clean space and nice staff but the area around the hotel is not the safest place but if you don’t mind to risk your life a little is a good spot for solo travelers.
I think the breakfast is acceptable for the price and the coffee machine is the best.
What really stood out to me was the overall aesthetic and the thoughtful amenities. The hotel has a beautiful, welcoming vibe from the moment you walk in. Breakfast was great, and the highlight for me was the latte machine in the lobby—such a nice touch! I also loved the cucumber-infused water, which made the space feel refreshing and elevated. Overall, a really enjoyable stay.

Love the staff, very welcoming, tidy rooms. A lot of homeless people all over San Fran you can’t get away from it. All in all it was great for me

Not a well run operation. Desk staff is clueless and unhelpful. Breakfast doesn’t include bread, butter, much of what you’d expect. No daily room or towel service unless you request one. Room was clean.
The check-in process was effortless, setting a positive tone for the stay. While the room was compact, it comfortably met my needs. The bed was noisy. An iron was available, though an ironing board was not provided. The showerhead offered a waterfall-like experience, which was refreshing. The continental breakfast was a thoughtful touch, though there's room for improvement. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with a welcoming atmosphere. One thing to keep in mind is the outside noise—if your room faces the street, be prepared for some sounds. Its location is conveniently near a major landmark, but the area also has a noticeable homeless presence. Despite this, it’s a place that feels authentic and full of character.
Moji was so awesome! Great service, clean space, great location. Had a window room which was a bit chaotic, but nothing that kept me awake. Perfect stay, will be back!
The room was clean, staff was nice. The problem we had was the TV didn't work. I guess an issue with the whole floor. It wasn't resolved for the two nights we stayed.
Pretty good place just keep in mind the walls are very thin and you will hear your neighbors even slightly cough but the staff are incredibly friendly!
