It’s a very nice hotel and brings you back 19th century. The staff it’s very nice and professional. The didn’t have many GF choices for breakfast but I should have asked in advance.

Such a great spot to stay. The staff is incredibly kind. This spot is really close to a lot of great sites. Room was clean and quiet. Highly recommend. Also love the hotel’s SF style.

The staff here was great. Always available and attentive. My only complaint was my room floor was essentially a bowl. Will how curved everything was. Loved everything else though! The complementary breakfast was also a nice feature.

I always enjoy my stay here because it reminds me of my Grandmother. Antique furniture, classic old building etc. The staff are all very nice and the rooms are clean. This place is not impeccable; it's more like a well worn tailor made suit. That being said, in some of the rooms I have stayed in the internet doesn't really work that well. They gladly changed my room when I told them. Otherwise I wish the restaurant was open but most of the time I go out to eat so I'm ok with that.

very cute and quaint hotel rooms, they were small but worth their value! the breakfast was exactly what i would expect from a free breakfast, but i cannot complain. service was excellent, all of the hotel staff were very kind and accommodating, rooms were clean. location was very ideal, walking distance from japantown and central to many yummy eateries, and the filmore district! overall, worth its value and i would book here again :)

Very nice other than the steet noise, and the daily garbage truck that wakes you up at 5am, the site says airport shuttle but apparently that hasn't been a thing since covid. Nice property wish it wasn't the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in.

The room was clean, the breakfast was okay. They had whole wheat cinnamon raisin bagels, which I liked a lot. Fun holiday decorations in the common areas. Nice front desk staff. Heater didn’t seem to do much but we were ok. Would stay there again.

I spent time in one of the suites. The rooms were very well appointed, and spacious. Both of the TVs in the suite did not work, so bring your own entertainment. The breakfast included scrambled eggs, yogurt, and fresh coffee, so that was a plus.
