Staff are fantastic here, friendly and helpful. The room was adorable and VERY clean. Comfortable bed, free continental breakfast. Love that they preserved the antique elevator, and the themes for the rooms. Kitchenette had pretty dishware to use and a mini fridge, microwave. Definitely intend to be back next time.

Loved The Mayflower Hotel. They kept the charm of the original hotel while providing comfortable rooms - spacious and clean. Staff was very personable. If ever in SF again, this is where I’m going.

Because of Air Canada strike, we thought we may need additional nights, the pleasant and helpful desk staff were extremely flexible and accommodating. The maid service was excellent, thank you! The hotel is absolutely charming, we enjoyed our living space for a family of 4!
