"Everything was excellent! Clean, nice lobby with bar, seating, game room and snacks (pricy). Security with card chips to work front door and elevator is a plus. Our room was close to elevator so I could hear it but it did not keep me awake. Staff was helpful. The tub in our room had a little of the porcelain worn off the edges. That was the only thing I saw that looked run down. All else was fantastic!! We enjoyed the close walk to Fisherman's Wharf. We recommend this hotel. "
"The service was outstanding! The hotel is very clean but dated. Breakfast was a nice bonus. Hotel is a need of a refresh. Our mirrors were rusted, wallpaper peeling and paint was all scuffed. If you can look past that, it had a nice view and a 10 minute walk the a great lobster market and eatery. "
