"What a great place for the price. It is a ways from the resorts and downtown Punta Cana but not hard to get a taxi at all. If you want a taste of the local lifestyle this is definitely the place you should stay. Less than 5 mins to Ole supermarket (which is kind of a Walmart) with a fully equipped kitchen. Even if I was going resorting I would stay for a couple days here just to understand how middle class Dominicans are living. Don't let the people who only stay at resorts tell you how 'dangerous' it is. That is nonsense. Go here, have an open mind and cook some good meals for yourself. The manager Raquel is the best! "

It’s close to a wide variety of restaurants and in an area full of amenities, shops, and dining options, which made everything super convenient. Whether you want to grab a bite, do some shopping, or just explore the neighborhood, everything is right around the corner. Overall, a great stay with a unique twist and plenty of space. "A+ is my assesment of this accomidation. The owner/renter went through great lengths to make my stay comfortable. Communication was excellent, the property condition was excellent. It has a full kitchen with every appliance needed! The bedrooms were excellent with a tv in every room, AC in every room and comfortable linens. It is in a gated community not far from shopping or restaurants. Plaza San Juan 5 minutes, Los Corales beach was 20 minutes. I am running out of room so I will add that I WILL DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN!!. "
