Did not get the room I booked. Booked balcony room but got ground level. WiFi was terrible and went out constantly. Couldn’t even utilize outside the room on my phone. No English speaking staff on premises. Locked into property once due to outage. Nice pool well maintained. Close to supermarket and strip.

Fantastic Stay!

The staff was not the best in english but with a translator i was better able to understand and my team and I had a wonderful time! The rooms are clean, spacious and the property is maintained daily. It was very easy to access and a comfortable space. Will be back again!

I will definitely be back in a couple of months Raquel the property manager is respectful, professional, and organized along with her staff to help maintain the property. If you’re not still on the resort, I would recommend staying at seven beaches Punta Cana hotel.

Wonderful staff

The staff is wonderful. The accommodations are alright but infrastructure is poor, no comfortable furniture, no beaches at Punta Cana seven beaches, the other name is Bavaro Green is the same hotel.

I’d like to start by complementing Daniel at Reception, he was excellent in every way and is an asset to the establishment. Room was very clean, but it was basic with minimal supplies. No wine glasses. The one and only light in the living did not work so I had to sit in the dining room. I wanted to read in bed and prop myself up with another pillow, there weren’t any. Overall I would not recommend staying here to my friends. Dane Human

The scenery is excellent for properties. The staff can be helpful but if they can’t sort things they tend to not be in the office and someone else’s has to deal with the Subject, using the reason “the other person is not here to deal with it”. They seem very cautious before they start smiling at you. Of course there is a barrier of language. The apartment wasn’t fixed before I arrived there ( the tap water had very low pressure) they fixed the tap after I arrived. If you persist on something they usually attend to the matter! Scenery was beautiful and very Calm and soothing; I tend to find calm is relaxing for tourists, but also Calm can be too relaxing if they are doing a job too slowly,

I DONT RECOMENDED TO NOBODY THIS PLACE. I THINK THAT IT WAS A VERY GOOD PLACE BUT MY STAY THERE WAS VERY BAD. THEY DONT RESPECT COUPLES PRIVACY AND A LOT OF LOCALS LIVE IT IN. THE PLACE IS VERY PRETTY BUT THEY DONT REPAIR NOTHING AND DONT PAINT THE AREA. I GIVE THE PLACE A CERO.

It’s not what you think it is, it’s in an area where it needs to be very much updated, also you need to buy your own stuff like toilet paper. Sometimes the lock works when they want too. I recommend spending the extra money and go with a resort.

This reservation was an absolute comedy of errors. First, upon checking in around 9:30 pm, after a 9 hour flight. I was told I had to pay in cash. As I didn’t have cash, I was required to surrender my passport as opposed to paying with a credit card, as I was told I could pay with a credit card until The reception desk opened the next day. I begrudgingly agreed, as I was tired from the journey and didn’t have the energy to go find a cash machine. The next day, I went to check out early to catch my flight, and the reception desk was still closed. 2 hours later, someone finally showed up to process my payment and return my passport. In total, this led to a 3 hour delay and nearly caused me to miss my flight. I would not return to, nor recommend this property, in lieu of poor communication and suspect business practices.
