"I got the room I wanted, door had obviously been kicked in before and was badly repaired, showerhead only provided a dribble down the wall staff did try to remedy but I gave up and made due, breakfast was available next door but not until 10:30 am and only on random days, the pool was drained on my 3rd day , staff was great, manager looked at me like I was a criminal and sternly told me rules like I was an irresponsible teen, I'm 67, that said it was a nice quiet stay with a beautiful beach, I got what I paid for"

"Food, drinks, service, and entertainment were great. I just wish housekeeping would've been consistent in timing from day to day so we knew when to step away, or expect her."

"Loved our stay here! Came with my friend, and we had a blast relaxing, eating and just spending time at the beach. We’re both vegetarians and were happy to see the plant based menu in all restaurants. Erika at the coffee shop was the warmestttttt - loved the coffee she made and how happy she made us! Only biggest con here is that the water is always marshy and not the blues you’d expect when you think of Cancun."

"Sitting on my balcony I overlooked all the beach chairs and beyond to the beach and Ocean. With the palm trees and the birds that landed and sang it was a great location. The first night was a little loud as my unit was next to the band stand/DJ. I just came to accept that. Cleaning staff did a good job and despite my deficiencies in Spanish the desk was most helpful."

"Great rooftop pool & bar. Good coffee & pastries available free all day. Great value vs beachfront (more expensive) and walkable everywhere in town. Would stay again!"

"Location not even close to where Expedia says it’s at. Construction noise all around. No hot water. Bed hard as rock. Long walk to center of town Sink had no handles. Over all wouldn’t recommend it. "
