Everything was great except for the dinner reservation options. When we arrived we were told there were no reservations available for the next two nights at ANY restaurants. Zero. And the only one available on our third night was at 4:30pm which we took. Because of this we had to eat at a buffet on our wedding anniversary. Otherwise everything else was great.

Property wasn't overly early busy which made for great and semi quiet pool days. However, obtaining reservations to eat before 8p was problematic. Additionally, in requesting celebratory cake and champagne it was never received despite coordinating twice. Properties are easy to walk but signage could be better.

I have been traveling to Mexico for the last 30 years and mostly stay in all-inclusive. Resort is midrange. We went because we travelled with friends and they had a timeshare. There is no swimable beach and the beach has a very bad odor. Our friends had an ocean front room with a balcony but you could not go out there due to odor. Pools were good. There is a cliff jump off into the pool for the kids. Restaurants were all very good. Mostly USA tourists while i was there
