"The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily."

"Resort was very clean. Staff was extremely friendly good variety of food. The only negative thing we went during the summer when the sarcasm was high so we couldn’t swim at the beach."

"I would definitely come back—what a wonderful place to relax and unwind! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially loved that they provided airport transfers to and from the property. We were also assigned a concierge who contacted us before our arrival and helped us book our trip to Tulum, which made everything so easy and convenient. We traveled with friends and two girls, and the kids had a great time. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the beach because of the sargassum issue, but that was a problem affecting all the beaches at the time. I did notice that the property made a real effort to keep the beach clean and free of sargassum, although it would unfortunately keep coming back. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return!"
