"Absolutely amazing"

"Food and variety was excellent, better than most other similar resorts I’ve experienced, and definitely the highlight of the trip for me. We particularly liked the seafood, Indian, and French. The room was larger than expected and we enjoyed the tub and large shower. The pool was quite cold this time of year, and though one area was heated, it did not ever seem to reach a comfortable temperature, so we did not spend much time in the water unfortunately. We sought out the hot tub areas but those were not too much warmer. The drinks by the pool were quite watered down which got old by the second day. Otherwise the drinks at other locations were much better so we usually sought these out in the afternoons and evenings, particularly the martini bar before dinner. I appreciated the custom drink menu at each bar, and enjoyed trying out different drinks at each. We were quite disappointed with the quality of the drinks at the coffee shop in particular, as we are big coffee drinkers, though we did still keep going back and trying new options each day and appreciated the coffee shop staff. The resort staff were a pleasure universally and I thought they struck a good balance between professional and friendly—they seemed well engaged and attentive to guest needs but I didn’t experience any forced / inauthentic social exchanges that are sometimes the norm at other resorts. "

"Everything was perfect. This is a fantastic resort. The food was great and there was a lot of variety. I don’t eat meat, just seafood and I felt like there was enough for me. I’m the type of traveler that will look at countless resorts and reviews to figure out where to stay. It took me a while to land on this resort, but I’m glad I did. A few things to know: there’s 3 resorts all in like 5-10 min walking distance but like a 2 min golf cart ride. You have access to all 3, it feels like they’re all one big resort anyways. I picked this resort, Ventus Ha instead of the other two which is called Ventus and the other one Marina/ el cid because of the price. The names all sound similar but this one is Ventus Ha. There’s hammocks in every balcony and around the pool area which is such a fun touch. It has a rooftop pool adults only on the seventh floor with hammocks, beds, chairs and a bar. There’s a big pool also on the ground floor and jacuzzi plus a bar. There’s a hibachi restaurant called KOBO which is freaking amazing. It was so good. The other restaurant has breakfast lunch and dinner which was also yum. You have access to the other 2 hotels as well. If you want to go use their pool, or the beach or restaurants etc you can go to the lobby outside and ask for someone to take you w a golf cart. There’s always drivers in golf carts dropping people off all the time. Everyone is so nice. There’s free 24hr room service. You have to reserve restaurant for dinner in advance! "

"Our stay at Dreams Jade Resort & Spa - All Inclusive was absolutely incredible from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed—warm, attentive, and always ready to go above and beyond. The resort itself is stunning. Beautifully maintained grounds, crystal-clear pools, and a beach that feels like something out of a postcard. Whether we were relaxing poolside, enjoying the ocean breeze, or walking the property, everything felt peaceful and thoughtfully designed. The food exceeded expectations for an all-inclusive. Every restaurant delivered quality, variety, and great service—no shortcuts, just consistently good meals and drinks. Room service was prompt and well done, and the bars kept things fun without ever feeling chaotic. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and relaxing—exactly what you want after a day in the sun. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and the attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. Entertainment and activities were the perfect balance: plenty to do if you want it, but never overwhelming. It’s an ideal spot whether you’re looking to unwind, celebrate something special, or just completely disconnect. We left already talking about when we’ll come back. If you’re considering Dreams Jade, book it—you won’t regret it."

"Poolside loungers at the Marina were very uncomfortable versus the other two resorts. Balcony view was very nice. A little problem at night with raccoons at the Marina. Very nice staff. "

"if the they had working hot water and wifi, i would give them a 5 star. would have appreciate them cleaning everyday instead of every other. staff were very pleasant, but hit water and wifi was never resolved, and no one came back to us to update us on oroblem"
