"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We wanted a resort on the ocean but you had to make an effort to spend time at the parts of the resort where the ocean was visible. The beach in front of the resort was not great, and this general Puerto Morelos area is not great for folks who love spending time at the beach. It was nice being able to go between the 3 resorts, all with their own theme and restaurants. If we went back to this same resort in the future, we’d probably stay at Ventus Ha instead since being nearer the ocean wasn’t an actual plus. We also liked 2 restaurants at Ha best out of the entire group of resorts. They were accommodating to food allergies. Buffets were not the greatest but we found the items we liked best. Be sure to make dinner reservations asap. The pools were very clean and waiters consistently walked around taking drink orders. Staff stopped by the room daily to drop off bottled water, soda, beer, wine, and champs. The adults never ordered room service but it was available 24:7. Souvenir stores on the resort were reasonably priced. This was our first time to Mexico, and wish we would have known about the tip culture. It is extremely customary to tip during most interactions with staff, so next time we’ll plan on having a lot more smaller bills with us. It was a nice trip and service and accommodations were reasonable considering the reservation price point. We wish there was more entertainment into the late night that didn’t conflict with late dinners."

"First time at adults only, there is a mix of vibes available depending on what area of the resort you're in. Mellow and relaxed surrounding the outdoor spa. And more active in the main pool/ bar area. Food was amazing everywhere and the staff and service were very quick. "

"Deeply Disappointed – Zero Support from Expedia and Grand Residences I am extremely disappointed in both Expedia and Grand Residences Riviera Cancun for their complete lack of support and accountability during a period of active travel restrictions. My request was simple: change my travel dates due to the U.S. travel advisory in effect at the time. I did not ask for a cancellation, I did not ask for a refund—only a date modification so I could still enjoy the stay at a later, safer time. I reached out to both the hotel and Expedia before my scheduled arrival, well within a reasonable window, and was bounced back and forth with no real assistance from either side. Despite documented attempts to resolve this ahead of time, my request was denied, the waiver was refused, and I was ultimately labeled a No Show, which is both inaccurate and unacceptable. The level of service from both parties was pathetic. Neither Expedia nor Grand Residences showed any willingness to accommodate a reasonable request during a period of known travel restrictions. The lack of empathy, flexibility, and basic customer care was astonishing. After this experience, I will not book with Expedia again, nor will I consider staying at Grand Residences in the future. Disappointed!!! Travelers deserve better than being ignored, dismissed, and penalized for circumstances outside their control."

"We had an amazing stay! Our room was at Ventus Ha which was new, modern and very clean. The grounds are beautiful and we were able to enjoy pools at all 3 resorts. Dinner reservations were difficult to make however. If we had known that we would have upgraded to Platinum. Otherwise the food was fantastic, staff were friendly, we will definitely be back!"

"The owners, Mark and Irina are fantastic host. Chef Derek is great. The place is truly serene and amazingly beautiful. The Glass house is very nice. Highly recommended ! My suggestion: Is to have a small microwave and coffee maker. Also, a dolly to transport the luggage’s to the suites. "
