They have a train ride kids can do but no playground. The hotel was great. I wish it had a thicker blanket BUT that’s probably not something I would say when it’s hot. "Great value for money the rooms are very large and bathrooms also. There is a little wear and tear showing around door frames but generally in good condition. All rooms have a view either Merdeka plaza way or towards cat statue. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Very good gym and pool on site. "

"Not a very good experience. Front desk staff were not at the desk. Must ring a bell to call them. No bell boys to help with luggage, no water in room, very empty hotel lobby etc. Won't be going there again till another international hotel chain or a reputable management takes over."

The breakfast was good with lots of food and drink options. Omg the menu food was delicious and we got in around midnight, but fortunately they’re open 24 hrs. It was exactly what we needed after a 7 hour delay in the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel. I travel with a 4 year old and we felt safe and comfortable. The gym was good too. "
