"Overall we loved the propertiesโ aesthetic and location. However, cleanliness could be improved. The white chairs had stain in them and the bedsheets had yellow stains. We notified them and the front desk came up and changed it for us promptly. We also told them about the yellow stains on the chair. Afterwards, we also noticed some dried gum/fruit pit on the floor, in between the bed and the wall. In general, we would still come back to this location as itโs very close to our connecting train back to Osaka."

"Beautiful hotel. The location is prefect and the subway station is located very closed to the hotel, so catching the tubes was easy. Breakfast was delicious and they had a very wide variety for everyone. I will definitely be come back and staying here again."

"Hotel room was bigger than the average, bathroom is modern and clean. The location is perfect right at the entrance of their big indoor shopping area that connect to the main tourist food street. One thing is thereโs only 4 washer and 4 dryers. The washers are fast but the dryers are slow so people end up waiting in line like crazy around 9pm til midnight so do your laundry early when itโs empty"

"The room was a good size for Japan. We really liked the washroom set up..the fact that the toilet was in a separate room and there was a Japanese style washing area. It was great to have a sliding door to separate the two spaces. Storage was ample. The location was great for shopping and the hotel was quiet. We liked the lounge area in the other part with free coffee and soft drinks. The washing machines were greatly appreciated. Although they had check in machines there was always staff at the front desk to help with inquiries. Would definitely stay here again. Good value!! Iโm"
