Very nice and convenient place to stay in central Kyoto. Easy to travel, great room. The staff is outstanding. I left a package in a taxi, and one of the reception desk workers called the restaurant to identify the company, called the company to have them find the driver, and worked with them to get the package back within about ten minutes. Five star service!!!

Fantastic location that is so convenient for touring, dining, shopping all close by. Rooms were well sized and clean. The breakfast was great with lots of nice choices in self-service buffet. The hotel rooms could use some updating as they are a bit outdated (decor wise), and a tad worn but overall the location makes this a great choice. Would have appreciated a water station but the hotel gives water bottles and toiletries each day which was appreciated.
