Overall great experience with helpful staff, cleans and comfortable room. There’s laundry service that’s affordable and then there’s washer/dryer for self service in the basement. This is a great place to stay for foreign tourists on a long trip.

Impeccable property. Beautiful, comfortable rooms and fantastic facilities. The Onsen downstairs was so delightful. As a vegetarian, the breakfast buffet was really disappointing, and we had to find food off campus daily, but otherwise I have nothing negative to say.

Very clean and the staff were very professional and inviting. Private onsen was fantastic. Room was spacious, clean, and modern. Loved that all lights were controlled by a center console. Definitely a must stay when you are in Kyoto. It was also walking distance to the markets.
