Kabukicho 3 Stars Hotels

"Tobu Levant Hotel is close to the Tokyo Metro & local JR line Kinschiko station. They have a pretty good selection for their buffet breakfast. There is a 7 Eleven in front of this hotel, as well as a Lawson Store for medical supply needs. They have helpful staff. The only things I didn't like were their pillows and the bed which were firmer than what I like."

"It’s a good hotel for tourism who are visiting Shinjuku. We had a spacious room on the corner but the only thing missing was the fact that the room didn’t have chairs to sit in. It was rather a simple bench against the wall which is less convenient if you want to sip a drink while watching the excellent view of the city. No gym facilities or pool. Breakfast is great and had excellent choices for any taste!"

"Great location, there were subway stops across the street from where we were at. Only met one front desk attendant who spoke English. Air conditioning would turn off at night, which was uncomfortable, but opening the window at night helped. That said, we never addressed that issue with the hotel staff, so maybe they would’ve fixed it had we said something. On site laundry machines were nice! The cafe downstairs had some very delicious options."

"Really enjoyed our stay here. Check in and check out process was very easy. The amenities available in the lobby were great. Staff was friendly. The location was great for us as we enjoyed early morning walks. The Airport Limosine Bus drops off and picks up right in front which was very convenient. Only issue was beds and pillow were harder than we are used to, but that seemed to be the case in other Japan hotels as well. We had a 2 twin room and it was quite spacious."

"The hotel is approximately 2 minutes walk to Higashi Shinjuku station. Lawson and 7 eleven stores close by. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is good value for the price I pay. Rooms are small but that’s expected on most hotels in Japan. Staff are friendly and can speak English. "

"The hotel was only a 10 min walk from the train. The hotel was very pretty. Rooms were definitely a little small but it was an enjoyable stay nonetheless. "

"Good casual hotel no bells and whistles"

"Booked two single rooms, one each for myself and my son. The rooms were small, but well planned and contained everything that we needed for our 4 night stay including a small but well engineered bath/shower room. I got the impression that we weren’t paying for the ‘under-population’ of a large double room, whilst getting all that we needed from the smaller optimised room.
