"Clean. Kind front desk staff. Nice lobby happy hour and very sweet lady pouring our drinks. The attached restaurant was delicious and beautiful. Our waiter was amazing. The bed was comfortable. Quiet. Didnt hear other guests. Great location! Walked to power plant and back friday night. Was short walk. Also in morning walked to miss shirleys cafe. Loved having a balcony sliding glass door that we could open. Glad we booked here. "

"I have been a frequent guest at this property but will not return due to the new parking fees that WERE NOT outlined on Expedia when I made my reservation, Expedia only indicated Self Parking Available but no fee which felt like bait and switch when I realized 2 days in there was a QR code I hadn't been using and not notified at the front desk about the change in parking from free to $10.99 a day and a very difficult process for registering and for in/out privileges. Shower floor was sticky and laminate on floor in the room was not cleaned. "

"Wifi is slow but workable. Gym is very small as expected. One of the treadmills was broken and one was in use so had to return to the room. "

"Super convenient to BWI. Hotel room was a little run down, but nothing that was terrible. Breakfast was à la carte and wasn’t anything to write home about if you anre expecting a quick hot breakfast before you fly out. I asked guest services when we got there what time breakfast was and she said 7a-10a. Maybe I missed where it was? At any rate, parking was easy, room was clean, pillows were fluffed. Would I stay there again? Probably. "

"The TV did not have a constant signal, so a lot of channels were not working all the time. The room was clean, but there was stains on our pull out sofa. A quick wipe down or quick scrub wide of been suffice. If it wasn't b/c we were just there 2 nights and my wife did not mind, I wud of asked for another room "
