We all loved it. The owner was on site and responsive to all our needs.
The rooms were spotless and perfectly situated to see the pool and ocean through the large sliding glass doors.
And the staff was friendly and available.

"Exceptional service, helpful and resourceful staffs, and clean room. Due to the typhoon, our tour was cancelled and we really couldn’t do much. Hotel staffs set up karaoke and pool table for us, to keep us busy. They claimed the tree and provided fresh coconuts for us. "We arrived late to the property and the staff were so helpful to get us checked in as quickly as possible and hassle free. The room was clean and well maintained and close to a 7/11. Seaside views and beach access. Close to Canyoneering activities and 10 minute walk to Kawasan falls. Would stay again!"
"The hotel is quite convenient, only walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The room is okay, you get what you paid for, the good thing about the room is the bed it's pretty comfy. If you want a nice room and quiet airconditioning I suggest you booked the upstairs or higher level. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Parrot Resort. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The resort is literally right off the main drag in town, yet tucked away so that the loud sounds of nightlife and traffic could not be heard. The grounds were peaceful and the food was excellent at a very good price. I highly recommend the Parrot!"

"The rooms were big so as the bathrooms. We did get the family suite thinking there would only be one room but it turns out it had two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. So that was a nice surprise. The place is a bit out of the way. If you can, try to rent a scooter or a car. It would be cheaper imo. The staff were all helpful and accommodating. They were also able to set us up with our Canyoneering tour and airport transportation. I would highly recommend this place. "
