"Exceptional service, helpful and resourceful staffs, and clean room. Due to the typhoon, our tour was cancelled and we really couldn’t do much. Hotel staffs set up karaoke and pool table for us, to keep us busy. They claimed the tree and provided fresh coconuts for us. They were engaging, professional and help us coordinated transportation and activities outside the hotel. Staffs are also very honest. "The resort really lived up to their name as their concierge is literally 24/7. We had a late check-in around midnight and they were able to accommodate us. It has a nice view and is very well maintained. I also like that they have their own little restaurant and the price is just right compared to the neighboring restos that are often overpriced. It is also very close to the whale shark viewing location. "
