"Exceptional service, helpful and resourceful staffs, and clean room. Due to the typhoon, our tour was cancelled and we really couldn’t do much. Hotel staffs set up karaoke and pool table for us, to keep us busy. They claimed the tree and provided fresh coconuts for us. They were engaging, professional and help us coordinated transportation and activities outside the hotel. Staffs are also very honest. It has a nice view and is very well maintained. I also like that they have their own little restaurant and the price is just right compared to the neighboring restos that are often overpriced. "Lovely place, quiet to relax after a day of activity. The garden is pretty and the pool is beautiful and a great way to relax after a hot busy day. Had it to myself most of the time. Raquel and Nick were very helpful and lovely people. Raquel was particularly accommodating and helpful with transport and activity bookings. She and the staff even cooked a homemade dinner for the guests one night which was quite nice. The rest of the staff were also friendly and very accommodating. We had a great time there. It was lovely chatting with Raquel and Nick. It’s clear they love their job and it shows in their hotel and staff. Hopefully we can visit again soon. "
