Toilets weren't always flushing and shower pressure was mediocre. Staff was notified and always attempted to fix the issue."

"Annonce mensongère. Au lieu d'une chambre double avec salle de bain privative, nous avons eu une "chambre" dont l'accès se faisait par un dortoir de 4 lits, et la salle de bain était partagée avec ce dortoir. Je précise que la chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre (juste un petit trou dans le mur derrière un rideau pour faire passer un filet de lumière), ressemblait plus à une cellule de prison, et que la propreté n'était vraiment pas acceptable, ni dans la cellule, ni dans la salle de bain. "Great location right on the water’s edge for snorkeling or just enjoying great sunsets from the pool. Hotel staff super friendly and helpful. Complimentary snorkeling gear. Easy walk to the main action but far enough away you don’t hear the noise. Room was spacious. "
