"Locsation not bad other than road to the locsaiton is a massivly messed up dirt road with a lot of patching needing to happen. so getting in a an out is very complicated if you rent a scooter. large rock in road and holes with pile of dirt to patch holes just sitting right on side and to close to wher eypou need to drive. "Bai is the best hotel in town, offering an international breakfast menu and flavorful Filipino cuisine. The staff has exceeded my expectations with their customer care, especially in accommodating guests’ requests. All the staff members I encountered were respectful and patient, and they made me feel valued regarding any matter related to my stay. The price is very reasonable."

"Visited during the week of July 20th 2026. For those who are looking for a more quiet Boracay getaway, Mövenpick is a terrific choice. The beach is secluded and accessible only to three resorts (Crimson, Mövenpick, and Shangri-La). The italian restaurant is surprisingly good, esp the pizza. Breakfast is highly recommended, other than the selection and quality, it beats going to the main beach (Stn 1-3) first thing in the morning for breakfast everyday. Staff are excellent and very helpful. Our room (King Suite) was great, that AC got too cold at night to be honest! The pool is massive, it provides a good break from the beach if you so desire. Don't forget chocolate hour! Chocolate treats and the chocolate fountain are available for free everyday in the afternoon at the cafe. The worst part is having to leave!"

"had a good stay at Seda Central Bloc Cebu. The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the manager was very understanding and helpful. I stayed in one of the apartment-style rooms, which was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Having a stacked washer and dryer in the room was a great convenience, especially for a longer stay. The pool and gym were serviceable and nice to have available during my stay. There are a couple of areas that could be improved. The breakfast was okay but could use more variety and better overall quality. Also, because the hotel is located in the heart of IT Park, you should expect city noise. Even on a higher floor, I could hear traffic, and on some nights, nearby karaoke. Overall, if you’re looking for a hotel in a convenient, walkable location with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, Seda Central Bloc is a solid choice. Just be prepared for the sounds of city life."
