We really appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. Highly recommend Buddy’s Beach House for anyone looking for a calm and enjoyable beach escape. "Locsation not bad other than road to the locsaiton is a massivly messed up dirt road with a lot of patching needing to happen. so getting in a an out is very complicated if you rent a scooter. large rock in road and holes with pile of dirt to patch holes just sitting right on side and to close to wher eypou need to drive. "

"Poor experience. Room phones do not work. Motion detectors (that automatically turn all electricity in your off) do not function correctly. This is a $500 / night five-star hotel that provides a two-star experience. Staff are extremely dismissive of concerns. Your better choice would be Shangri-La Mactan."

"Clean room, warm smiles from staff, excellent breakfast, amazing spa! The resort has a direct beach access, and compared to other beaches, The Lind’s beach front has a powder like sand! The ambience is very relaxing, yoga on the deck with a view is a must try! Evening visits from housekeeping to ask if you need anything is beyond exemplary! On and the pool? It feels like swimming in the horizon. Will definitely book again!"

"The food was not very good. Several items were undercooked and some were cold when they should have been hot. We expected much better for how expensive it was. Also, we have a special needs child and we informed to them in advance, but they still had little to no care about his well-being. There was an team building event that was very noisy and they did nothing to help. But whenever our child was overly excited and made noise because of his sensory challenges they were very quick to tell us to have him quiet down. They claim to be pro children with disabilities, but this was not our experience and we caution others to with children with sensory challenges to question the staff extensively before booking to make sure they have a chance for a better time than we had."

"The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The airport transfer is definitely helpful as the resort isn’t located on the same island as the airport. Breakfast buffet was nice but could implement colder drinks and a cooler area to sit and eat as the sun making direct contact makes the area quite warm."
