It is well located, not in an overwhelmingly busy area, but still central with great transport links, restaurants and sights. We were in the premium room with club access which is well worth it. The rooms were spacious and had everything you needed from mini bar to nightgown! The hotel facilities were brilliant, the sushi restaurant in particular a treat. Highly recommended from a well travelled guest/couple.

excellent place to stay I highly recommend it

This was one of the best stays we've ever had. The service was outstanding, and both the breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent. Rumi and her colleague — whose name I unfortunately can't recall — were absolutely wonderful. They were attentive, patient, and great listeners, even though we could only communicate in English and didn't speak the local language. They made us feel completely at home. The rooms were immaculate — our beds were always made up perfectly, and everything was kept to the highest standard. It was truly an exceptional experience in Japan. In fact, we were so spoiled by this hotel that every other stay felt like a step down as we travelled from Tokyo to other cities.
