"駅近でコンビニもあり、冷蔵庫が一人暮らしサイズなので、仕事帰りにスーパーなどで材料を買い自炊でき大変助かりました。
お風呂の排水が微妙だったのを除けばとても快適に過ごせました。
洗濯機もありますが利用される方は干す物を持って行った方が良いです。
また利用したいと思います。

"ブラインドが一部破損していて、外から室内が見える状態でした。通りに面している窓ではありませんでしたが、駅のホームから見える位置だったため、着替えなどをするのに気がかりでした。他に設備で気になったのは、少しの寝返りでもベッドがギシギシ音が出ることや、ドライヤーがあるのに鏡は電源のないバスルームにしかないこと、せっかく洗濯機があるのに干す場所やラックなどがないことが残念でした。
ただ、駅から近い点は本当に助かりました。また広さがあるし、流しやレンジがあるのも良かったです。"
