The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of healthy, high-quality food options that made every morning feel like a treat. The customer service was excellent—staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction. The highlight of my stay was definitely the spa, which was out of this world—beautifully designed, peaceful, and the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Osaka. "The hotel is superb la!!! 1. Parking very convenient next door 2. Location 100/100 to be next to Kyoto Tower, rented our Kimono there and walkable to beautiful temple and places! 3. The onsen is good too, I particularly like the one with ice neck rest, 10-20mins only. 4. BREAKFAST is the highest standard for Japanese breakfast! Has Sashimi and all options! 5. Evening supper 9-11pm Ramen is good too, hearty Not so good part: abit tooooo crowded and packed and touristy, and the shoe area can stink quite abit tbh.. "

"Stayed at 3 different hotels during my trip and this one was my favorite. Nice location with just a 2-mins walk from Kyoto station. 711 is connected to the lobby. Spacious and clean room. Comfortable PJs. Nice shower with very hot water and good water pressure. Fast wifi and tons of info on the TV and the website. The only area that could be improved is the laundry room. There was no trash can, and I found some leftover trash in the washer from the previous user. The dryer also wasn’t very effective as our clothes were still wet afterward, so we had to hang them to dry in our room after. There was one light in our room that couldn't be turned off so we had to sleep with that light on every night. "

"Super handy location to train station. Beautiful building and facilities. Laundry was in high demand so had to keep on top of things to get in line but everything else about this place was fabulous. "
