We found this property extremely convenient for access to Kyoto station. The staff were friendly and nice and amenities in the hotel such as the spa, beautiful breakfast, free Popsicles and free coffee and matcha were appreciated.

Check-in was smooth and friendly, the room was comfortable, I liked the mattress, not too hard. And a selection of pillows in the lobby makes sleeping a breeze. Very close to the station. Will definitely stay here again.

Pluses: fantastic location just across the street from the station with a view of the Shinkansen from our window. Very clean with detailed explanation of eco cleaning schedule, towel exchange, and trash pick-up. Amazing shower with separate water closet with latest in Japanese toilet technology. Also appreciated the headboard recharging station. Less than plus: lack of storage. One needs to be creative to find space for luggage, clothing, and just all the stuff one accumulates while traveling (use the ledge behind the headboard)

We stay there for 3 days, for two days the breakfast were identical , the cafeteria was filled with smoke from the grill, we were smoked out and we had to change our outfit after breakfast. The hotel is right across from Kyoto Station so it was very convenient for us, The hotel had artificial onsen public bath, we didn’t use the facility because we didn’t know how often the water was changed.

Location excellent. Generally good. There was a strange smell at the entrance and in the corrodors. Then I realized the smoking room is by the lobby. The smell went away in the evening. Maybe the vents need to be fixed.

We love this unique hotel and will definitely book this chain. They have a very unique concept and wonderful amenities. On top of this their location is very clean and convenient. I cannot say enough about the unique amenities like for example a pillow bar where one can pick their own pillows. We also received welcome gifts. We love this place.

We stayed in one of their larger rooms and it was very good size by Japanese hotel room standards. The location is next to the center of transportation, JR Rail, Shenkanshen, subway, and the express bus to the Itima airport is just outside. We had to use all three to get to and from some of the temples and gardens. A large Japanese style breakfast with enough selection that I could eat as well. Separate men's and women's spa. Fresh towels each day and a selection of pillows if you don't care for the bead style. We ate several times at the mall in JR station.

Very nice! My son and I enjoyed staying!

Very convenient location, especially if you are planning to trip Nara, too. Close to station and shops. It's a small business hotel, but they provide everything what I needed. They have face wash, lotion and milk, too. Onsen and laundry facility are great. I like the breakfast buffet and enjoyed it! Coffee machine located in front lobby was also convenient! Room(twin) was not big, but clean and neat. The bathroom has bath tub and washing place separated like as Japanese house which I love. And toilet was separated from bathroom which was great. Thank you so much!

Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof und ist sehr gut geeignet um mit Bus und Bahn Kyoto zu erkunden. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und sicher. Im Zimmer ist es ohne Klima und Luftreiniger sehr schnell warm geworden. Eine Möglichkeit zum Lüften gab es nicht wirklich, da die Abluft direkt vor unserem Fenster verlaufen ist. Daher hatten wir auch fast kein Tageslicht im Zimmer.

Value for tge money paid. Rooms are snall tgats typical but the space below bed is also not possible to keep luggages. No coffee possibility in room but lounge has free coffee vending machine from 6 AM onwards but not whole day. Acess to the railway atation is the major plus point.
