Really enjoyed staying here. It was so close to the station and a huge hotel but all so efficient. It was also surprisingly quiet considering it was so close to the huge and busy train station. The double room (king side bed) was one of the best and largest we stayed at in Japan and the staff were very courteous and helpful.

The place is very close to Kyoto Station which houses a massive mall, contains a lot of stores for shopping, floors with so many eating stalls and restaurants that you don’t have to go anywhere far from the hotel.

Great hotel opposite Kyoto Station so very handy. Room was spacious which is unusual in Japan. Had a laundry room which was only ¥600 to use although we had to hang up clothes in room as it didn't dry them completely. Loads of good restaurants nearby in station (who would have thought) as well as combinis. Several shopping malls close by as well. Overall a good hotel and one I'd stay at again.
