"I stayed here during a quick work trip to NYC, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff was welcoming, the location was perfect, and the room was spotless. I’d definitely return—thanks for the great stay."
"The staff was amazing! The room service ladies on our floor (9) were amazing & super sweet! The conceirge was super nice and accommodating! Especially the man working on Thursday night. The beds were super comfy but the pillows need some work. The only down fall for me was the long line to check in and the wait for the elevators!!! The elevator situation is a mess!! I would stay there again for the location, but hope the renovations are complete.."
"I enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend to solo travelers who are not very high maintenance. The hotel is in a great location and has great amenities showers are great and clean same with the rooms comes with a sleep mask and robe which is a great touch. The only thing i will say was how the walls are not all the way to the top so noise can be heard and calls in room can’t be made. So for the price I highly recommend this location (you are getting what you pay for) overall I loved this location and would stay Again "
"I felt very welcomed and the room I stayed was a room with a shared bathroom. I had no issues since I didn't run into the other guests in the bathroom. It was clean and available! My door code was reset at aome point but it was fixed immediately by the staff! Overall a great stay! "
