Clean and spacious room, location was perfect, close to metro station and center of NYC. Walking distance to Time square, Rockefeller center, Korea town, Central Park (or you can easily take metro). It was easy to check in, they can store your luggage if your room is not ready or checking out early but still want to explore the city. All the staff are nice and welcoming.

Great hotel in midtown! Staff very friendly and attentive, the hotel is very well located at 34th with 7th ave, Macy’s on the corner. Good breakfast, very comfy bed, everything was fantastic! I’ ll stay there when back in NYC!

We send a message and also called for a special request. The staff member told us that he was going to add those requests, however upon arrival we were disappointed, they did not accommodate our requests. Also the restaurant was too cold when we went for breakfast. The room was very clean and modern.

Everything was excellent! We had a reservation for 3 nights but we arrived one day before, they gave us a room upgrade and early check in, which was just perfect since we were tired of traveling and it was cold outside. The room is very well appointed, a super comfy bed and pillows, a very nuce bathroom, big, with a big shower. we were at 33th floor with a nice view. We didn't have breakfast there all days, but we had two days and it was very good. Location also is very good, midtown, with Macy's around the corner and few blocks from Times Square, next to Penn Station, you can go everywhere in no time! We prefer stay close but NOT at Times Square, and this hotel is perfectly located. They received all my Amazon purchases with a smile. We will stay there again FOR SURE next trip to NY City!
