The location was amazing—I could easily walk to many great restaurants. The food and staff at Lulla, the first-floor café, were also very nice. The bed, bedding, and pillows were comfortable. The room was quite tight but there are thoughtfully designed storage spaces to organize stuffs. I took one star off because I could hear people in the next room talking very clearly (was annoyed especially at late night), but I guess that’s the case with most hotels in Manhattan.
