"It is the place to relax.
We were there during the superbowl sunday, and nobody mention it to us after the initial offer for a free diner we declined.
Excellent service by a young, diligent, respectful and attentive staff. Important mention to Jesus, Miguel, Cayetano and Axel.
The warf is a special touch to an already piece of paradise.
Old style perfection.

"The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay.

"This hotel was a beautiful, quiet oasis. The staff was wonderful, our bed was super comfortable and it felt more like a private condo than a hotel. If the big, all-inclusive hotels are too touristy for you, this could be a great choice.
We felt very safe here, the hotel is on a private road with a guard shack so limited traffic and easy to walk along daily. There's a beautiful cenote just a few minutes walk away. Keep in mind, being outside the main hotel zone food options are limited to a few...

Our room was excellent… just what we were looking for, steps from one of the pools and only a few more steps to the ocean!
I loved the sunrises every morning!
The staff were excellent, very kind and helpful! The buffet was amazing and lots of exciting dishes to choose from!
Everything was clean and well cared for and we would recommend this place to anyone!
The only thing I may add is that we found the majority of guests were French speaking...
