"Great glamping experience! Spacious and comfortable tent. Personal bathroom with shower. Great shared kitchen with small breakfast included. Lots of drinkable water included. Staff were very nice. Only one of the bikes in working condition and the rest were in desperate need of repair. Make sure to bring bug repellant. The pool was not as advertised, but fine. There is a great cenote and cave nearby to enjoy. "

"Amazing resort, would recommend to others. Food excellent, rooms are new. Only one thing I had issue with the bar where certain alcohols were running out and weren’t being replaced. Staff helpful, and they have a trolley that drives you around the other resorts."

"This was an incredible stay. We travelled with a 3mo and the staff was super accommodating and helpful. We felt very welcomed, comfortable and safe. Loved this property. The room was clean, food was nice, the pool was super fun with lots of activities throughout the day and a family friendly environment. My only tip would be to go to the buffet early so you don't have to worry about lineups. Even though we got to the buffet late a few times, it wasn't too bad. Would definitely recommend"

"Everything from check-in to check-out was excellent. We could not have asked for a better experience. Francisco at check-in was great, as was Juan at check-out. Efrain with VIP services was helpful and made our stay better. Alexandria was our concierge and she made sure we had everything we needed, from room maintenance to making reservations for dinner at the Japanese hibachi experience. Luisa from the Spa made reservations for us for some relaxing massages, and Carmen and Luz were excellent at those massages. Food was 10/10. Everything we got to eat, and the restaurants we got to try were delicious. The entire staff was so pleasant and made sure our stay was going well. I could not speak more highly of the entire staff and time we were there."

Todo el equipo fue increíblemente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Me hicieron sentir muy bienvenido durante toda mi estancia. La habitación estaba impecable, muy limpia, cómoda y con todo funcionando perfectamente. El ambiente es tranquilo, acogedor y realmente ideal para descansar y disfrutar. Honestamente, todo salió exactamente como lo imaginaba, incluso mejor. Fue una estancia maravillosa y sin duda alguna volvería a hospedarme aquí. Recomiendo este lugar al 100%.
