"I was seriously impressed by because customer service of this property, everyone was so nice!. Also was a bit surprised to see how incredibly quiet this part of New York is. sleeping just a half block from or so many lives were lost on 9/11, you can feel the peace. Not even a siren was Heard throughout the night. Wonderful breakfast place just around the corner across from the 911 museum & a 3 minute walk from the fountains. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Also they provide complimentary water with water stations on every floor, super nice touch! "
"This property is top tier! Obviously, there is an expensive price tag that comes with your stay, but the staff is so kind and greeted us with a glass of champagne and a bottle of water. Then later gifted us a bottle of champagne after looking at my ID and saw it was my birthday! Everyone was so kind and thoughtful with their recommendations for restaurants and kept on making sure we were ok the whole time. I even accidentally left a pair of jeans in the room after check out, and the security and front desk staff were so kind to grab them, let me know that they were left and held them until I was able to pick them up. 10/10 experience, would do it again and again and again! "
"The front desk staff were wonderful. The room was small but supplied all that you needed. The lobby is loud, however you do not hear this up on the room levels. I would for sure say this hotel is aimed at a younger generation so if you are looking for a quiet lobby to kick back and chill this is not for you. "
