The Cloud One New York-Downtown, by the Motel One Group
10/10 Excellent
"Had a great stay here. Got the 2 queen corner room with the river and memorial pool view and it was stunning. Front desk were very nice and helpful. Would 100% stay again!"
"We booked a suite and it was great. A lot of room which included a sofa, table and chairs, separate bedroom, fridge, microwave and 2 TVs. The location was wonderful and very walkable. Loved the hotel."
"The staff was excellent, everyone was extremely pleasant, professional and helpful.
The property itself could use some work, it is obvious that it was once really nice and a few good weeks of repairs would do wonders. The shelf in the shower is sharp, if someone ever has a medical issue and passes out they could get seriously injured.
Really great place, amazing location, incredibly lovely staff and could really be a polished gem with little effort."

"This was a great, spacious apartment-style room. Loved the location in FiDi. We had a group of 5 and there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and hang out together when we were at the hotel. Will keep in mind for future NYC trips!"
