"Not as I expected and me saying that says a lot since I’m really laid back and not picky at all… I booked a king deluxe room in which I thought was a private room, which when I went inside, it was a connecting room! And a lock that only separated it! I literally could just open the door and my neighbor room is visible…. I was told they were at full capacity which I highly doubt it because I checked online to see if I could book a room the following day and I was staying there for three days.. second it was 2am and a strong food smell came from my neighbor room which I believe it was take out and I could here the TV loud and clear! again he was entitled to do whatever he wanted because it’s his room but due to the situation I was getting the short end of the stick, I called and ask to be moved and I was told no again and pretty much tell me too bad and I’m sorry… this went on for three days.. hotel needs some work and the paint from the roof was coming off in the bathroom… I stayed in this property back when I was the W and it was perfect but now it’s an bit torn down… needs some love. I don’t know if I will stay there again unless they offer me a suit upgrade… and if that still think about it "

"Para ser un hotel 4 estrellas, hay muchas deficiencias. El servicio de desayuno no esta a la altura, muy basico y de calidad poco buena. Los asensores no estan diseñados para la capacidad de este tipo de hotel. Solo 2 asensores en funcionamiento con un hotel de 18 pisos, largas esperas. Laa habitaciones pudiera decir que muy buenas, pero en cuento a sercivicios muy deficiente."

"Great location. Very clean and quiet. Decent amenities for a one night stay. I don’t think my AC was working properly but I wasn’t uncomfortable enough to mention it to the front desk. I would definitely stay here again."
