We had an excellent stay. The staff were friendly, the food was good (best one for me was the Indian food at Samsara) and the Family Club had good amenities for the kids. I did take off one star since our room smelled like mold and there were drain flies in our sink. I didn’t mind since it is inevitable - insects come or fly in when the door to the swim up pool opens and the kids run in all wet from the pool. There were also some annoying, pushy salesmen for timeshares - they try to get you first by asking if you have received your “welcome package” in the room. Just be wary of that. The grounds were beautiful if you’re a walker and like to go for walks everyday. If you’re not, some restaurants and the beaches are quite far. There is a train for that. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Only thing that I would suggest is a coffee bar in the lobby area for guests to have a small snack and a coffee while waiting for their excursion or their transfer to the airport.

A lot of different restaurants in the hotel that accommodates a large crowd. Many activities for adults and kids. The staff was very attentive to the guests and were very helpful with suggestions.

Housekeeping was excellent. Staff were very friendly. Loved the cleanliness of the resort. I had higher expectations for how good the food would be but still edible. The air conditioning in the rooms weren’t great. It also advertises that it’s all inclusive but it wasn’t. You had to pay for high quality food and drinks at certain restaurants. Overall, my family and I made the best of it and an enjoyable time.

Overall the resort was great. We got upgraded rooms upgraded with pool which was nice ofcourse we have to pay for it. If you are Indian and like Indian restaurant the food there was not good at all. Other italian restaurant was good the buffet was good with lot of fruits options. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Very clean they have mini bar in room. No microwave though.

It was very family friendly and had lots of ways to keep our little ones entertained! The food wasn’t great, I (pregnant), my sister and my niece got food poisoning so we had to each spend a day in our rooms.

The property was okay, nothing fancy. The rooms were clean but needed to be dusted in some areas. The bathroom shower needed more scrubbing. Most of the staff was helpful some nicer than others. The concierge was super pushy on this one hour presentation to get “gifts”. I had to tell him three different occasions that I was not interested and needed to stop asking. The property was very kid friendly and they always had something going on for the kids and adults. Drinks here were not the best. I drank beer most of the time because of the quality of the liquor. Over all experience I would rate it 3/5.

Beautiful property with multiple pools, kids Waterpark, and lovely stretch of beach with ample chairs at all locations. Room was beautiful and clean. Wifi was a little spotty even if you pay for the premium. Overall very well maintained. We really enjoyed the resident Peacocks and other birds. Restaurant booking was super easy through a QR code. Property is massive so it can be quite a trip to the beach and main pool depending on your room location but there are shuttles, though they are less frequent at times. Pools close surprisingly early at 7pm, which was a bummer. A little particular about dinner attire so make sure you look at that before you travel.

Over all the resort isn’t awful. However our stay was quite expensive and we didn’t totally love it. The food could have been better, I would’ve loved to see more authentic Dominican food. There’s one dessert parlor for all of the resort, and it was often hard to get any server to attend to you. I’ve seen some people go above and beyond but the consensus is that most of them will not go above and beyond. We had an issue with the AC but we were switched out so great. Shout out to Jerry in the front desk for that. There was very minimal entertainment for the family, everything was a beach party at 930pm.
