"We were in Japan for 30 days and this was by far the worst hotel we stayed at. They do not have a shuttle that goes to the Disney Parks. The Expedia description has false advertising- says the hotel has a spa and is a 10 minute walk to the Disney Parks, but there is no spa. And in reality when you map the walking directions it is MINIMUM 30 minutes walk in the heat in June. "Got a huge shock upon checking in - halls and carpets on our floor and room looked like a war zone - shocking. No photos to show as we immediately requested a change of rooms. It turns out that they are renovating the two buildings in stages and we were able to be relocated to the renovated area, thanks to Suzuki at reception. It is a good location for Disney but beware - you would only want to stay in the renovated section. "

"Very family friendly hotel! Staff was very friendly! Hotel is right at the pick up and drop off for the bus to and from Tokyo Disneyland ! Very convenient! 2 minute walk to a Lawsons. Only issue was one dryer out of 2 was working and gave the clothing a mold/mildew smell. Even after drying for an hour and a half, clothing still not fully dry. Other than that, would stay there again! "
