Place was immaculate. Staff was friendly and welcoming. We were moving our kid out of a dorm so we had over 10 luggage pieces. The staff made it so easy handling all of it for us. Easily the best place we’ve stayed at in NYC. One minor complaint, the room service menu offers an overnight menu. After a long day and evening, we’d planned to use this service, only to be told it’s been discontinued. The menu should be updated, we could have planned differently.

This was the best hotel experience ever! Everything was so clean, quiet, and amazing. The staff was wonderful. The decor was beautiful. I wish there had been a fridge for personal use but that's it. The beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous! I hope to stay there every time I go to New York!
