Thanks to Helena at the front desk and all the staff. Everything was super nice and luxury feeling! The theme is cool since it’s near broadway. I never got to the rooftop bar when it was open but it looked cool. Was a really good location. Rooms aren’t the biggest but it’s New York City and I really didn’t feel cramped. I really liked the nice toiletries that are included.

The staff was extremely helpful, friendly; they even helped get my daughter's Ipad back to her. The building was kept up well and breakfast was very good. The only reason it is not a 5 star review is the room is small (still cozy) and well NYC prices are crazy.

I loved how I was immediately greeted and my luggage was stored for free before and after my reservation. The hotel was spotless throughout and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Nothing beats the location either, being steps away from Times Square and Broadway. I would stay there again to catch a show!
