"Great access to Times Square and the many theatres in the area. Great restaurants nearby, as well as the pizza stop next door and great drinks at the lounge bar."
"I absolutely loved the look inside and out of this hotel. Had a nice charm to it. The way the rooms are layed out across the floor means you have one room across from you and not long hallways where noise can travel. You can actually open the windows in the rooms a decent amount.
2nd and 42nd is considerably quieter then grand central or anything near times square/fifth Avenue midtown or penn station, but still very walkable to those locations.
Cannot recommend enough

"I had a truly wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn Manhattan/Grand Central. The hotel is located in a quiet and safe area, which made me feel very comfortable throughout my trip. Its location is also extremely convenient, with easy access to public transportation and many popular attractions in New York City.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. I was even allowed to check in one hour earlier than the usual time at no extra cost, which I really appreciated after a long journey.
The most impressive part of my stay happened after I checked out. I accidentally left my wallet in the hotel room. I contacted the hotel, and the staff quickly found it and kindly arranged to have it mailed back to my home. Their honesty and kindness truly touched me and made me feel valued as a guest.
It was an overall pleasant and memorable experience. I will definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit New York City.

"Great room! Beats other hotels in the area. Comfortable bed, nice high quality linens, thermostat control right next to bed (genius), Nespresso coffee machine, mini fridge and microwave in room, nice bathroom, amazing water pressure in shower. Will stay here again! "
