The room is compact but very clean; shower is nice; bed comfortable; good area. Although the "king" bed is not as long as a regular king. I would definitely recommend the hotel & stay there again.

First time visit to NYC and this was a great home base to see the city Grand Central is across the street for easy access to trains & food. Staff was extremely friendly and they have nice touches like water bottle fillers and supply closets on our floor and coffee machine/tables on lobby floor. Our room was cleaned and refilled each day and staff was extremely helpful at check in/check out.

Room was clean and stocked. Staff were friendly and helpful. We did not spend too much time in the hotel on a day to day just for sleep so it was good! If you are travelling with alot of luggage/stuff the rooms might be small. We had only a backpack and it was great. Location is great right next to grand central to take subway lines and walking distance to many spots! Would stay again!
